Bouquet Drying and Reservation Fee:

The reservation fee is non-refundable and secures your spot for drying one bouquet. Additional bouquet/arrangements will require extra drying fees. Please select the appropriate options or contact us at info@almamakes.com or click Here for any inquiry.
Please note that natural flowers may change in shape and colour during drying, and we cannot guarantee their final appearance. By paying this fee, you accept these terms
Please be aware that, as natural products, flowers may change in shape and colour during the drying process. While some flowers are easier to preserve and retain their colour better than others, variations are to be expected. Expect changes in size, shape, and colour during this process.

Colour Correction:
We do not offer colour correction services at the moment. Some flowers, such as chrysanthemums, orchids, tulips, lilies, and daisies, may not dry well or survive the process. We will use the best available flowers for your pieces.

Florist Treatments:
We are not responsible for the condition of flowers treated or dyed by your florist. If flowers arrive damaged due to improper shipping, we offer a “bouquet reconstruction” service at an additional cost, provided shipping instructions were followed.

Shipping Compliance:
If our shipping instructions are not followed, we will return your flowers and issue a full refund minus shipping costs.

Artistic Discretion:
We reserve the right to decide which flowers to include in your piece based on their suitability. For example, large flowers like full roses may not be used for coasters.

Flower Quantity:
We will only dry the number of flowers required for your purchased items. Leftover flowers will not be stored or returned.


Flower Condition:
Bouquets are preserved in the condition they arrive. Moldy flowers will be discarded, and the rest will be dried and encapsulated as is. Ensure flowers are in the best possible condition upon arrival.

Design Consultation:
Once dried, we will propose a design and share our concept with you and discuss your vision for the main piece. While we aim to understand your preferences, we do not always create or photograph designs for approval to minimize handling and potential damage.

Artistic Decisions:
You agree to leave final artistic decisions to our team. We will create pieces based on the flowers provided, with specific shapes and styles suited to different flowers.

Handmade Nature:
All our pieces are handmade, and minor imperfections such as bubbles or colour variations are expected. Resin art is inherently unpredictable.

Order Completion:
Resin art is unpredictable, so we cannot guarantee a specific completion date. Orders generally take 4-8 months, depending on size and complexity. We will keep you updated on your order's progress.

Order Updates:
You may request updates after 12 weeks. Follow us on Instagram/TikTok/Facebook for general updates, though not all orders will be featured due to time and storage constraints.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

Custom Art Experience:
Custom orders are non-refundable. If your pieces arrive damaged or have structural issues, we will work to resolve the problem. Refunds are not available for changes of mind or design preferences.

Returns:
Ready-made items can be returned within 7 business days in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged product.

 
RESIN CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Care:
Keep your resin art out of direct sunlight and avoid harsh chemicals. Minor ambering over time is a natural aging effect and adds a vintage touch. We are not responsible for aging effects after the item has left our care.
Shipping

Responsibility:
Provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Alma Makes is not responsible for additional fees due to incorrect addresses or delivery issues.

CANCELLATIONS:

Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, subject to a 25% cancellation fee
Refunds are not available for custom preservation pieces. Contact us within 14 days of dispatch for any concerns.

Currency and Fees

Currency:
Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP). Additional fees may apply for other currencies; check with your credit card provider.
