Custom Art Experience:
Custom orders are non-refundable. If your pieces arrive damaged or have structural issues, we will work to resolve the problem. Refunds are not available for changes of mind or design preferences.

Returns:
Ready-made items can be returned within 14 business days in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged product.
